Bargain Rates for 2 week rental:
$1700 for 1 bedroom
$2100 for 2 bedrooms
Note: When only 1 bedroom is rented, the 2nd bedroom will be locked and unavailable.
Monthly Rate: $3000
Off-season (9/1 - 3/31) discounted 18%
